Dear University of Pittsburgh Alumni and Friends:

I am delighted to learn of your interest in the new Pennsylvania University of Pittsburgh license plate.  The plate features the Pitt seal and the words “University of Pittsburgh.”  Pitt plates are available for purchase by any University alumnus/na, faculty or staff member, or friend, and allow you to show off your Pitt Pride while you are out and about and “on the road.”

The process of obtaining a plate is easy and is a wonderful way to promote our University.  Simply complete the attached application and send with a check, made payable to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, for the one-time fee of $20.  Be sure to forward the materials to our office at the address written below for the quickest return:

When you receive your Pitt plate, the State will include an envelope for you to mail your old plate back to them.
