Hail to Pitt Day of Giving

With your help, we did it again! The 2018 Pitt Day of Giving was a record-setting success. A total of 3,358 alumni, students, faculty, staff, parents, and friends from all 50 states and 31 countries on six continents came together on February 28, 2018, to contribute $9.03 million.

Join the Pitt Alumni Association on Saturday, March 24 for the third of our monthly Pitt✦Stops series. The March event, “Preserving Your Memories by Personal Archiving: Protecting and Preserving Your Photos and Documents,” will be held at the Sweetwater Center for the Arts in Sewickley. Learn simple and practical methods you can employ to organize, store, and preserve treasured photos and important family papers, letters, and documents.

Jeff Capel Named Pitt Men's Basketball Head Coach

Jeff Capel has been named the head coach of the University of Pittsburgh men's basketball program as announced by Pitt Director of Athletics Heather Lyke. Capel has spent the past seven seasons at Duke University, including the past four seasons as associate head coach under Mike Krzyzewski.
