Join in the celebration! We're recognizing Pitt's 225th anniversary throughout 2012 by reflecting on our history and recognizing the breadth and strength of Pitt today. Plan to attend the Sara Fine Institute Lecture, March 29

You are cordially invited to the 2012 Sara Fine Institute Lecture, scheduled for March 29, 2012. David Holtzman, Pitt Legacy Laureate and author of Privacy Lost and Surviving Identity Theft, will discuss "Stealing Digital Assets: Piracy and Privacy." The lecture will take place on Thursday, March 29, 2012 in the Lower Lounge at the William Pitt Union at 3:00 p.m.; a reception will follow at 4:00 pm. Mark your calendar for the next iSchool Colloquium Series, March 30

Marti Hearst, Professor at the School of Information at the University of California, Berkeley, will present a colloquium on "Emerging Trends in Search User Interfaces" on Friday, March 30, 2012. The iSchool Colloquium will take place at 1:30 pm in Room 403 of the Information Sciences Building, 135 North Bellefield Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA.
