Pitt Law Preserves Professor Derrick A. Bell’s (LAW ’57) Legacy with Challenging Authority: A Symposium in Honor of Derrick Bell

In honor of Bell’s dedication and contributions to legal scholarship as one of Pitt Law’s most notable alumni, the University of Pittsburgh Law Review and School of Law held a scholars symposium in March in his honor, aptly titled “Challenging Authority.”  Challenging Authority served to reignite conversations Bell helped to spark and to approach answers to the questions our legal framework and inequalities continue to pose.
