The Alumni Association Endowed Scholarship Fund provides financial support to the Pitt Alumni Association scholars programs listed below.

HILDA M. WILLIS FRESHMAN LEGACY SCHOLARS

Award amount: $5,000 | Award frequency: Renewable for four years.

Awarded to an incoming freshman legacy student whose grandparent, parent, or sibling is a Pitt alumnus.

Who Should Apply
Incoming students that meet scholarship eligibility criteria as designated by the Office of Admissions and Financial Aid (OAFA) will automatically be sent applications for this award.

ANDREW J. KUZNESKI, JR. SCHOLARS

Award amount: $9,000 | Award frequency: Renewable for four years.

This scholarship was named after Andrew J. Kuzneski in honor of his dedication and hard work in helping to advance the Pitt Alumni Association scholarship endowments. Awarded to an incoming freshman legacy student whose grandparent, parent, or sibling is a Pitt alumnus.

Who Should Apply  
Awarded to an incoming freshman legacy student whose grandparent, parent or sibling is a Pitt alumnus. Incoming students that meet scholarship eligibility criteria as designated by the Office of Admissions and Financial Aid (OAFA) will automatically be sent applications for this award.

PAA Graduate Scholars

Award amount: $5,000 | Award frequency: This is a one-time award.

Awarded to an incoming or currently enrolled Pitt graduate student who also received his/her undergraduate degree from Pitt.

Who Should Apply
Students interested in applying should ask about the application in the dean’s office of their school in late December.
