Clubs & Councils Event Idea Form
In an effort to support our alumni clubs and councils, the Pitt Alumni Association has instituted a new alumni event idea submission platform.
The platform will allow alumni group leaders to submit ideas for unique regional / affinity alumni events that underscore our mission to engage and enrich alumni and students and to support and advance the University of Pittsburgh!
We encourage our alumni group leaders to submit their distinct event ideas via the form below. Event ideas should center on superlative engagements that are particularly unique to a region or affinity group. Please be sure to include as much detail as possible including key event logistics, staffing needs / requests, and audience expectations.
Event proposal submissions will be reviewed by the Alumni Association with the following in mind:
- Regional Alumni Demographics
- Level of Alumni Engagement Potential
- Event Uniqueness / Originality
- How the event fulfills the Alumni Association mission
Once a proposal is reviewed, the Association will follow up with the alumni group leader to determine the potential outcome and ability to host the event. Groups may submit multiple event proposals, however approvals may be limited to one request per fiscal year and may be limited/altered due to fund availability.
