Volunteer Excellence Award

The Volunteer Excellence Award (formerly Volunteer of the Year) has been established to recognize and honor individuals who have enriched the life of the University of Pittsburgh through their volunteer efforts.

Deadline for nominations is March 31, 2016.

 

Candidates are evaluated and selected on the following bases: 

  • Candidate must be University of Pittsburgh degree holder
  • The volunteer activity must be without pay
  • The volunteer activity must be perceived as being of benefit to the University of Pittsburgh and the Pitt Alumni Association

This award is presented during the annual Pitt Alumni Association Awards Gala in the spring.
