Kathy Ablauf Kathy is corporate secretary for the Pitt Alumni Association Board of Directors and is the budget and personnel administrator for the association. She plans and directs board events and alumni office administration. |

Tara Bell Tara organizes data regarding alumni activities, coordinates event evaluation, and designs alumni surveys. She also assists with analyzing return-on-investment data for membership-related activities.

Peg Figore Peg researches, writes, designs, and edits web content that promotes the association’s mission. In addition, Peg designs and sends broadcast e-mail for schools and constituent groups. |

Jeff Gleim Jeff is a member of the Institutional Advancement Senior Staff and oversees strategic planning, overall program management, and budget for alumni relations. He works with the alumni association Board of Directors to further the goals of the association. |

Laraine Hlatky Laraine coordinates logistics for alumni events. She also coordinates support services for the external relations team, including preparation of statistical reports for budget and event tracking. Laraine also administers the association’s scholarships. |

Alyson Kavalukas Alyson oversees the activities of our national and international volunteer clubs and area representatives, selected affinity councils, homecoming, and selected awards programs. |

Mimi Koral Mimi produces publications for the alumni association (Alumni Connections, Pitt Connection) and oversees alumni content in Pitt Magazine. She also has responsibility for the association’s web presence and Pitt Alumni Online services. |

Mara Kudrick Mara is the Director of Alumni Membership. Mara’s primary responsibility is for the overall management of the membership dues program including membership acquisition and retention. Mara is also responsible for identifying and targeting segments of alumni for membership acquisition. |

Carol Lippert Carol provides administrative and executive support to the Associate Vice Chancellor for Alumni Relations and Executive Director of the Pitt Alumni Association. She also coordinates the activities and functions associated with the Pitt Alumni Association Board of Directors and the Alumni Leadership Council. |

Maryjean Lovett Maryjean advises the Blue & Gold Society, the association’s student ambassador group.. |

E. J. Milarski E.J assists the director of membership in administration of the membership dues program. She also answers alumni questions about membership and alumni online services. |
Josh Newlin Josh is a graphic designer for the external relations team. He also assists our constituent organizations with their event invitations, newsletters, and broadcast e-mails. |

Kara Petro Speth Kara assists the Director of Alumni Membership with membership acquisition and retention strategies. Specifically, Kara is responsible for identifying and targeting segments of alumni for membership acquisition. She is also responsible for membership recruitment for the Student Alumni Association. |

Caitlin Ruddy Caitlin coordinates alumni office operations, works with staff on financial issues, verifies level reports, tracks epenses for operating accounts, and prepares financial forms and reports. Caitlin assists with preparation of the department’s budget and coordinates the department’s work study students. |

Robert A. Young Robert provides support for the Office of Institutional Advancement and the Pitt Alumni Association in the following areas: a) Serves as the primary liaison for Institutional Advancement and the Pitt Alumni Association to Alumni councils or societies as assigned; b) Supports all aspects of the current Scholarship Campaign project, sponsored by the AAAC, including interaction with major gift donors and prospects; c) Serves as point person and/or special events coordinator for any council or society activities, such as AAAC events and prepares budget information accordingly for approval; d) Serves as a representative at council events as requested, both locally and nationally, as appropriate; 3) Provides staff support to councils or societies for programming and events that support the mission of the University and the PAA, inclusive of event preparation and execution; f) Tracks and monitors the current AAAC Scholarship Fundraising Project and all aspects of the AAAC Campaign Project Grid. |

Chuck Werner Chuck serves as webmaster for the Association and Office of Alumni Relations. He coordinates the day-to-day operations of the various online services offered by the association including answering alumni questions about the services and acting as liaison with the vendors. |
