Kathy works with the Associate Vice Chancellor on program oversight in addressing major University and association priorities. Kathy acts as corporate secretary for the Pitt Alumni Association Board of Directors and is the budget and personnel administrator. She is also responsible for planning and directing board events and directs alumni office administration. Kathy serves as a staff liaison to the Association’s Executive, Strategic Planning, and Nominations committees. |

Tara’s primary responsibility is to monitor and analyze input for alumni involvement. She organizes quantitative data regarding alumni activities, coordinates event evaluations, alumni survey data, tracking information and geographic mapping into comprehensive reports. Tara also assists with analyzing ROI for membership-related activities. |

Peg serves as the Web Designer for the Pitt Alumni Association and Office of Alumni Relations. She researches, writes, designs and edits web content that promotes the mission of the PAA. Jeff serves as the chief operating officer and the second in command for the University of Pittsburgh Alumni Relations Office and the Alumni Association. He is responsible for overseeing and directing the daily operations and a number of key functions of the Alumni Association, high level alumni events, constituent relations, and staff development and supervision. Jeff collaborates with the Executive Director/Associate Vice Chancellor in developing strategic goals and manages the implementation of strategic priorities and initiatives. Jeff serves as a senior advisor to the Executive Director/AVC and manages special projects or initiatives. |

Liz coordinates alumni office operations, works with staff on financial issues, verifies level reports, tracks expenses for operating accounts, and prepares financial forms and reports. Liz assists with preparation of department’s fiscal budget and supervises administrative work study students and coordinates department’s work study students. |

Laraine is the administrative assistant to the Senior Director of Outreach and is responsible for the coordination of logistics for alumni events worldwide. She coordinates support services for the outreach team, including preparation of statistical reports for budget and event tracking. Laraine is the staff liaison with the Scholarship & Student Recruitment Committee of the Alumni Association. |
