Kathy works with the Associate Vice Chancellor on program oversight in addressing major University and association priorities.  Kathy acts as corporate secretary for the Pitt Alumni Association Board of Directors and is the budget and personnel administrator.  She is also responsible for planning and directing board events and directs alumni office administration.  Kathy serves as a staff liaison to the Association’s Executive, Strategic Planning, and Nominations committees.

Tara’s primary responsibility is to monitor and analyze input for alumni involvement.  She organizes quantitative data regarding alumni activities, coordinates event evaluations, alumni survey data, tracking information and geographic mapping into comprehensive reports. Tara also assists with analyzing ROI for membership-related activities.

Peg serves as the Web Designer for the Pitt Alumni Association and Office of Alumni Relations. She researches, writes, designs and edits web content that promotes the mission of the PAA.  In addition, she also coordinates the day-to-day operations of the online services providing training and answering questions for alumni, faculty, and staff about the online services available.

Jeff serves as the chief operating officer and the second in command for the University of Pittsburgh Alumni Relations Office and the Alumni Association.  He is responsible for overseeing and directing the daily operations and a number of key functions of the Alumni Association, high level alumni events, constituent relations, and staff development and supervision.  Jeff collaborates with the Executive Director/Associate Vice Chancellor in developing strategic goals and manages the implementation of strategic priorities and initiatives.  Jeff serves as a senior advisor to the Executive Director/AVC and manages special projects or initiatives.

Liz coordinates alumni office operations, works with staff on financial issues, verifies level reports, tracks expenses for operating accounts, and prepares financial forms and reports.  Liz assists with preparation of department’s fiscal budget and supervises administrative work study students and coordinates department’s work study students.

Laraine is the administrative assistant to the Senior Director of Outreach and is responsible for the coordination of logistics for alumni events worldwide.  She coordinates support services for the outreach team, including preparation of statistical reports for budget and event tracking.  Laraine is the staff liaison with the Scholarship & Student Recruitment Committee of the Alumni Association.

Kath is the receptionist for the alumni relations office and provides secretarial support for various members of the department.  Kath is the first point of contact for alumni and friends contacting or visiting the Pitt Alumni Association.

Mimi is responsible for producing publications for the Alumni Association (Alumni Connections, Pitt Connection, Annual Report and brochures).  Mimi serves as the staff liaison to the Communications Committee of the Alumni Association.  She also has responsibility for the association’s web presence and Pitt Alumni Online services.

Elaine has responsibility for directing all of the activities of the outreach team. She also coordinates the Alumni Travel and Learn program, large University cultivation events such as the University on the Road, and continuing education programs.  She also serves as the staff liaison for the school and college program, the Alumni Leadership Council, and the Awards Committee.

Anne provides administrative support and infrastructure to the Associate Executive Director for the Pitt Alumni Association.  Anne conducts research on selected topics, analyzes information, and summarizes data for reports.  She assists Alumni staff with ongoing programs and events and acts as an Advance Super User as well as assisting Alumni staff with travel.
